  • Other third-party funding bodies like your Aged Care Home Care Package

This varies depending on the condition. During your first consultation, we will provide a clear treatment plan outlining:

  • Recommended number of sessions>
  • Home exercises
  • What you can do to speed up progress
Our aim is always effective outcomes, not unnecessary visits.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Short-notice cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee. To ensure you have adequate time to cancel your appointment, and we have adequate time to fill in that appointment, you will be sent a reminder SMS 48hrs before your appointment. It is your responsibility to make sure you respond No to that SMS to cancel as soon as you can outside the 24hour notice period.
